You have complete control over the types of payment your organization accepts through your giving platform. Want to disable credit card giving? Only accept the payment methods (ACH, credit, debit) that work for your organization.
Set Default Payment Types
In your primary account settings, select your default payment types:
- Navigate to the Gear icon in the top right corner of the Manager Portal.
- Select the Settings card to access default settings.
You also have control over accepted payment types on a per-form basis.
Manage Accepted Payment Types per Form
- Navigate to your manager dashboard and click the Forms link in the left menu.
- Select a form to edit. (Or create a new form.)
- Click Form Properties in the bottom left corner.
- Navigate to the Payment tab in the Form Properties window.
- From Accepted Payment Types, select the payment types you would like available on this form.
- Click OK.
- Click Save, then Save & Publish.
