How do I give online?
To give online, visit your ministry’s website and click the link for their giving page.
- Enter the amount, fund designation, and frequency
- Input your payment method securely
- Click Give Now
How to Give via Text?
Text giving is one of the easiest ways to give. Here’s how:
Text GIVE to your organization’s Text Giving Number
You will receive a response with a link to your organization's giving form. Tap the link.
Follow the prompts on the giving form to set up your donation.
Pro Tip: Save the number in your phone to make future giving easier.
Additional Text Commands:
EDIT — Update your profile, create a recurring gift, or check your giving status
KEYWORD — View a list of available giving funds
📝 Example:
If BUILDING is a keyword for the Building fund, you would text 20 BUILDING to give $20 to the Building Fund.
How do I sign into my Giver Account?
You can access your account by visiting your ministry’s giving page (usually found on their website) and clicking the Sign In tab. Enter your email or phone number and follow the prompts.
🔑 If you’ve given before, an account was created for you automatically. If you don’t have the invite email, click Forgot Password to reset access.

How do I cancel or edit a Recurring Gift?
- Once signed in, click the Scheduled tab to view your recurring donations.
- Click the Delete button to end the recurring gift.
- Click the Edit button to edit the Amount, Fund, Frequency, Next Payment/End Date, or whether you would like to cover the administrative fee.
Our Support Team can help you access your account, but for privacy and trust reasons, all recurring gift cancellations must be handled by you or your organization.
How can I get a refund for a recent gift or payment?
Refunds must be handled directly by the organization you gave to. Please reach out to your church or ministry if you need assistance with a refund.
Our Support Team does not process refunds to maintain transparency and trust with each ministry we serve.
