Why Manage Donor Data?
Clean donor data ensures communication, receipts, and donor history remain accurate. It also prevents duplicates and streamlines reporting.
Steps
1) Export Donor Data
• Go to Donors tab → Export data for all who’ve given or registered.

2) Manage Donor Profiles
• View, Add, Edit, Merge as needed.
• Keep payment methods current (credit/debit/ACH).
3) Statements & Passwords
• Generate and email contribution statements.
• Reset a giver’s password if requested.
