We've made it simple to manage donor data and help make changes to giver accounts!

 

From the Donors tab in the left-hand menu of your manager portal, you can export data about everyone who has given a gift, made a payment, or self-registered with an account.

Why Manage Donor Data?

 

Clean donor data ensures communication, receipts, and donor history remain accurate. It also prevents duplicates and streamlines reporting.

 

Steps

 

1) Export Donor Data

Go to Donors tab → Export data for all who’ve given or registered.

2) Manage Donor Profiles

View, Add, Edit, Merge as needed.

Keep payment methods current (credit/debit/ACH).

 

3) Statements & Passwords

Generate and email contribution statements.

Reset a giver’s password if requested.

Q: Can I merge duplicate donors?

A: Yes—use Merge Donor Profiles in the Donors tab.
