Enable the Giving Reminder to help new givers complete their first gift. New givers may sometimes start the donation process but not complete it. Enabling the Giving Reminder helps nudge them with a prompt—either by text or email—so they can quickly return and complete their gift.
Steps to Enable the Giving Reminder
- Log in to your Manager Portal.
- In the top right corner, click the Gear icon to access your main settings.
- Click the Settings card.
- In the Giving Portal section, locate the checkbox for Enable Giving Reminder.
Check the box to activate this feature.
Note: Once enabled, the system will automatically send a reminder message to first-time givers based on how they initiated their gift (email or text).
