Keeping your account up to date ensures gifts process without interruption, statements reach the right place, and you stay in control of your giving. It also helps your church or organization maintain accurate records and reduces support requests.
Steps to view your Giving Account
Access Your Account Settings
- Log into your Giving account.
- Click the blue circle with your initials (upper right).
Select My Account from the dropdown.
Update Personal Info
- Inside My Account → Personal Info, you can:
- Change your name or address

- Inside My Account → Payment Methods, you can:

- • Edit existing payment information

⚠️ Note: If you have recurring gifts linked to an old card, update your payment method before removing it.

Can I delete my account completely?
Accounts are tied to giving history for reporting purposes. If you wish to stop using your account, remove payment methods and recurring gifts, but your history will remain accessible.
What happens if I update my email address?
Your new email becomes your primary login. You’ll use it next time you sign in.
Why can’t I remove a payment method?
If it’s tied to an active recurring gift, update the recurring gift with a new payment method first.
